Dive into a variety of yoga classes designed to enhance your practice and nurture your body, mind, and soul. From dynamic Vinyasa flows to calming Yin sessions, we have something for everyone.
Hatha Yoga
Focus on Alignment and Breath - Hatha Yoga is focused on deep stretching that allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. This is an accessible class that everyone needs – from advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, to first time yoga students and everyone in between.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Flow classes offer more a dynamic style of practice, that aims to harmonise the breath and movement as you flow through the set sequences and poses. Vinyasa Flow classes will be taught in normal room temperature and also high temperature for Hot Yoga.
Hot Yoga is open to all abilities, in a heated room to 35-37 degree.
Yin Yoga
Deep Stretches and Relaxation - Yin yoga is a passive style of yoga and is the perfect complement to the dynamic Vinyasa (Yang) practice. In this practice the slow sequences of movement work to relieve any tension or stress you have in the body and mind. Yin Yoga postures are held for longer periods of time between 3 to 5 minutes to work deeply into the connective tissues of the body. This approach to yoga where you perform the majority of the poses seated on the floor or laying down.
Men's All Level Hatha Yoga
Men's All Level Yoga is the perfect class for Beginners or Men that have gone through our yoga programme and would like to continue developing their practise. Each week you will be guided through some new and familiar poses, a powerful set of poses that not only build muscle strength but improve suppleness, mobility and balance. Learn how to perfect each pose and start feeling the physical and mental benefits of stretching the muscles, while releasing tension from hips, hamstrings, back and shoulders. Suitable for all abilities.
Gold Hatha Yoga - Chair Yoga
Hatha Gold is a gentle yoga class designed for seniors to help improve balance and flexibility and can also provide a positive form of relief from stress and anxiety.
A special class for 65 years and over.
Party Pilates
Party Pilates is a twist on classic Pilates - its a total body, equipment free mat-based workout to pop and dance hits! Easy to follow routines that will challenge all the muscles and focusing on building core strength, and all over body toning. This class is suitable for all level of fitness.
Meditation Classes
Meditation class are designed to bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit. Each month’s theme complements the essence of the season — offering a gentle reminder to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of life. You’ll be guided through soothing, long-held Yin postures to ease physical tension and still the mind, followed by a deeply restorative guided meditation to invite inner peace and renewal.
This practice is suitable for all levels and offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, nurture yourself, and move with the changing seasons in a more mindful way.

I have been attending the men’s class for about 9 months, only missing a class for holidays. The class has become one of the highlights of my week and I look forward to my weekly fix.
The venue is comfortable and warm even in winter. The class can get busy (I’m pleased for you) so there are times when we have more space. Adjustments are made to make use of the extra space allowing us to try things we can’t when it’s busier. Access and car parking is good. I find the instructor to be wonderful with constant feedback, support and motivation.

Barnt Green Zen Den is a great place for men to enjoy yoga too! Having started with the mens introductory classes, I've now progressed to 'open classes' and more specifically, the Hatha Deep Stretch class. The practice instructors are wonderful and provide a friendly and relaxing environment for you to enjoy your yoga. I would, and do, highly recommend the Zen Den!

I joined Zen Den over a year ago. I was made to feel so welcome, all the teachers are friendly, calm and relaxed and each one unique in their method of teaching I am in my 80th year, but didn’t feel I was ready for the over 65 classes! If I struggle with a pose I am helped quietly and discreetly. I have gained so much confidence in myself physically, to the point on one memorable occasion I actually did the splits!! Everything about this business is excellent…booking classes, parking, lovely studio, the immediate response to any sort of query. It makes life very easy!
